At Resorts Depot, we strive to provide clear and fair policies for shipping, returns, and refunds for products from The Outdoor Plus. Please review the details below to understand our processes and ensure a smooth experience.

Shipping

  • Origin: All products are shipped from Southern California.
  • Transit Time: Typically, shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
  • Delivery: We do not offer white glove delivery. If additional help is needed, a third-party service should be hired.
  • Freight Damage: If damage is noticed upon delivery, refuse the delivery and inform the delivery personnel. Report any damages within 48 hours of receipt by emailing contact@resortsdepot.com with related photos, videos, or documents.

Returns

  • Return Policy:
    Returns for products from The Outdoor Plus are accepted only under special cases due to the handmade nature of the products.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    You have 24-48 hours from placing your order to cancel without a fee.
    Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 25% restocking fee, and orders will be processed as store credit.
  • Return Process:
    Notify us within 48 hours if you wish to cancel or exchange the product.
    Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
    Store credit may be offered in special circumstances and can be used for future purchases.

Refunds

  • Qualifying Returns:

    Returns must be reviewed by The Outdoor Plus and Resorts Depot and qualify as a mistake in ordering.

    Refunds will be issued by check by default. If a refund to a credit card is preferred, a 3.5% processing fee will apply and cannot be waived.

    Report the incident within 48 hours of receipt by emailing contact@resortsdepot.com with related photos, videos, or documents.

No worries if something’s unavailable: If an item is unavailable, we’ll cancel the temporary hold on your card and shoot you an email to let you know.

If your item has an extended lead time (2-3+ weeks): We'll contact you before finalizing your payment to confirm the timeframe works for you.

Made-to-Order Products: For items that are made to order, we will confirm the lead time with you before processing your payment to ensure it works for your schedule.

Item ready to go: If your item is in stock and ready, we’ll finalize the charge on your card and get your order shipped out as quickly as possible.
