Pretty happy with it. Gives great shade, looks clean, and frees up floor space. Only complaint is that it’s not something you want to leave open if the weather turns
We got the Shadowspec Serenity octagon for our co-working space patio a couple months ago to handle the afternoon sun that was pushing peopel inside. It's been great. People use the outdoor spaces much more now. The thing that's most clutch is just how easy it is to open. The neutral fabric matches our setup and still looks new. Wish we got it sooner, it really makes the patio feel welcoming and a lot of people seem happier that they can bring their laptops outside now to get work done without that glare from the sun on their screens
Got the Shadowspec Retreat umbrella for my balcony, and it’s been great. The canopy shades my chairs nicely, swings and tilts easily to block the sun. Crank’s smooth, and it holds up in wind. The gray looks good and seems tough. Really makes chilling outside better. Perfect for a small space like mine.
I had my eyes on this Retreat umbrella for a while and just wanted to make sure it was the right thing for our setup before purchasing. I didn't realize just how compact this thing gets when it's folded down. It's honestly very impressive. And the extension feature is so nice too. I haven't had it for long but I'm happy so far! Just by looking at the materials I don't think cleaning it will be hassle. Oh andIt got here in only 3 days.
We installed these at our hotel about 10 months ago. The ordering process was straightforward though delivery time was a con (we should've planned ahead).
They look convincing from a distance and up close you can tell they're artificial but no one inspects them that closely. We've had them through summer and winter now without issues.
Main reason we went artificial was consistency for our branding/photos and reducing ongoing maintenance costs. These do the job well for that purpose.
Setup required proper concrete footings which our contractor handled. Not a DIY job for sure.
Expensive initial investment but makes sense for our 5-year plan. Would recommend for commercial properties with the budget.
