Everything turned out great thanks. I just used my heater with Alexa for the first time
It gets a lot hotter than we anticipated. Honestly, we didn't even factor the heat output into our decision, it was mostly about the aesthetics and the weight. Both of which we loved once we received it. But the heat is surprisingly good and makes me feel like the price is more than worth it. Plus the ignition process is so easy.
We had our other Ledge Loungers for a long time and they were really good looking too but just kept floating away so when it was time to replace them, we wanted to make sure that we bought new ones that didn't have that same issue. So with these we're happy because the color is identical and we haven't had any problems with it. The quality feels good so we don't think we'll have to buy these again anytime soon.
My wife and I ordered 2 of these for our pool this summer, but just a day before we got them, I was watching the set up video for the loungers and realized that we hadn't purchased a set of weights to go with them! I emailed this site here that we purchased from and I got a call the next morning from the gentleman Roy, who told me he'd send us the weights that we needed complimentary, we just had to pay a small shipping fee of $10. I loved the service I experienced shopping with these guys. Roy, thank you
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this! I'm glad we could get those weights sorted out for you before your loungers arrived. We pride ourselves on our customer service and being very accessible and that's exactly the kind of situation where a quick phone call just makes more sense than going back and forth over email. We want you enjoying your pool, not stressing about missing pieces.
Hope you and your wife get plenty of use out of the loungers this summer!
We bought three of these for our patio. Way easier than the crank umbrellas we had before. Staff can control them from inside which is convenient during service.
Solar works great in summer but we've needed the AC adapter a few times in winter when it's cloudy. The auto-close is nice but it did close once during wind when we would've left it open. Not a huge deal.
8 months in and they still look new. No fading. Our maintenance guy installed all three in one afternoon. Resorts Depot delivered on time and followed up after to check everything worked.
I'm just super pleased with the entire experience I had shopping here with Resorts Depot. The communication was so good, and any purchase anxiety I had was eased after calling and getting to speak with Mr. Roy. I have no complaints which is a rare shopping experience these days
Really appreciate you sharing this. Purchase anxiety is real, especially with high-ticket items you're buying online, we get it.
That's why we make sure you can actually talk to someone before you commit. Makes the whole process easier for everyone.
Glad everything went smoothly.
I was amazed that Roy was willing to pay his delivery guys extra to deliver on a holiday, just so we could have our new umbrella with our guests. The shadowspec is fantastic, and you just don't see customer service like that very often.
I'm very happy with the setup and the entire experience. Everything turned out perfectly!
Pretty happy with it. Gives great shade, looks clean, and frees up floor space. Only complaint is that it’s not something you want to leave open if the weather turns
We got the Shadowspec Serenity octagon for our co-working space patio a couple months ago to handle the afternoon sun that was pushing peopel inside. It's been great. People use the outdoor spaces much more now. The thing that's most clutch is just how easy it is to open. The neutral fabric matches our setup and still looks new. Wish we got it sooner, it really makes the patio feel welcoming and a lot of people seem happier that they can bring their laptops outside now to get work done without that glare from the sun on their screens
Got the Shadowspec Retreat umbrella for my balcony, and it’s been great. The canopy shades my chairs nicely, swings and tilts easily to block the sun. Crank’s smooth, and it holds up in wind. The gray looks good and seems tough. Really makes chilling outside better. Perfect for a small space like mine.
I had my eyes on this Retreat umbrella for a while and just wanted to make sure it was the right thing for our setup before purchasing. I didn't realize just how compact this thing gets when it's folded down. It's honestly very impressive. And the extension feature is so nice too. I haven't had it for long but I'm happy so far! Just by looking at the materials I don't think cleaning it will be hassle. Oh andIt got here in only 3 days.
We installed these at our hotel about 10 months ago. The ordering process was straightforward though delivery time was a con (we should've planned ahead).
They look convincing from a distance and up close you can tell they're artificial but no one inspects them that closely. We've had them through summer and winter now without issues.
Main reason we went artificial was consistency for our branding/photos and reducing ongoing maintenance costs. These do the job well for that purpose.
Setup required proper concrete footings which our contractor handled. Not a DIY job for sure.
Expensive initial investment but makes sense for our 5-year plan. Would recommend for commercial properties with the budget.
Ok so I just want to leave this message because the guys here at Resorts Depot were a tremendous help. They went above and beyond. For starters, they helped with the installation process by helping us find people to do it locally. It was a pretty complicated job because we had to bring these things up 12 stories and we wanted them on an usual surface, but we got it done. Thanks again.
We purchased three duos for our country club pool area and they've been excellent.
We needed an upgrade from our old outdoor umbrella after 3 years. Bit the bullet and spent the money on a Unity Duo. It's been through a Minnesota winter now and still looks brand new. My wife thought I was crazy spending this much, but now she admits it was worth it. The LED lights are perfect for our evening cookouts too.
Don't have to worry about the wind being a huge issue anymore. Living in Galveston there's always heavy winds. Shipping only took 2 days too. Oh and we love the tilt function for those odd angles the sun catches you at!
Looks great on our courtyard wall. Easy to open. Still like new after 4 months.
As a landscape architect specializing in commercial properties, I've specified Shadowspec Unity umbrellas for multiple high-end hotel projects. The clean lines and premium materials complement modern design schemes, while the practicality of the design makes operations managers happy. The trio configuration works particularly well for curved pool decks.
Installed 4 of these along our patio wall last summer. Customers love that they don't have table bases to bump into, and my staff appreciates how quickly they can open them when the sun shifts. The fabric still looks brand new
Finally an umbrella that doesn't take up half my space! Looks sleek against the wall and operates smoothly.
You get what you pay for. This isn't cheap but the quality is next level. The gas-lift makes it ridiculously easy to operate and it looks so clean mounted to our building.
Took a chance on these after seeing them at a resort in Hawaii. We run a small bistro and honestly these were a stretch for our budget, but our patio seating has increased 40% since installing them, so they kind of paid for themselves in about 6 months. The fact that servers can open/close them with one hand while carrying drinks is huge.
As soon as we unboxed these we could literally feel the quality difference. These Unity umbrellas have already outlasted everything else we've tried. The quality is immediately apparent
Easy to install and the quality is obvious. I can adjust it throughout the day without moving furniture. Guests keep asking where we got it.
