Wall mounted look is clean. WiFi module was a little finicky and the app interface feels a touch dated for 2026. My dad who's a contractor said the install was precise but straightforward for him. Customer service was actually knowledgeable too

At 6'2", it's almost perfect. Head barely clears the backrest Could use slightly more length for the tall crowd in the seat but the lumbar support is good

Easy to supervise the pool from these, and the cupholders are a nice touch. They have a solid build and the angle of the backrest isn't something I thought about when I bought these but it just makes it so much easier to actually talk to the person sitting next to you or anyone around you without straining and using your abs to sit up

One had a minor manufacturing imperfection. Customer service was quick and sent replacement with no fuss. New one was perfect. 4 stars due to the inconvenience of an exchange.

Makes our screened porch so cozy. It warms right to the bones without making the air stuffy. Beware of that flame burst that happens when you first ignite it.

Our first "adult" splurge for the house. It's incredibly quiet, and the packaging felt very high quality. Roy here with Resort Depot was very helpful and he made us feel very safe pulling the trigger to buy it because we were going to watching review videos and reading stuff on reddit forever. The electric bill didn't jump as much as I feared and we are happy we bought these little pendant heaters.

Fits perfectly on our sun shelf. I kick back and watch the kids play on the deep end while I sit down with my book and my mocktail sitting on the bench.

We designed our entire outdoor space around a very strict sculptural minimalism aesthetic, just plain black and white colors with abstract shapes, and these loungers perfectly matched that vision. Visually, the curves are so nice when sitting in the water. However, the matte white finish is an absolute magnet for waterline dirt, and it gets dirty easily. They're not hard to clean abut it's not really possible to maintain that brand new look that's picture ready all the time. I think if I could do it again I'd go with the white granite color from TenJam, but this is still great and we are still happy with our purchase and where we purchased it from.

Honestly these are a great option out there right now for a sun shelf. We had the Ledge Lounger chaises at our old house and they weighed like 150 pounds when full of water. Impossible to move when we needed to cover the pool up. These chairs are way lighter because the water just drains out the front legs when you lift it up. Everything went very smoothly and the delivery was very quick too. They look just like the resort photos

We have two and they work great unless there's a strong breeze. Delivery was fast too. I have mine mounted on the ceiling that is 12 feet in height. These hang down about 10 in from ceiling. The customer service was good because when I called to ask a question about how to lock them into position, the customer service rep here (i'm so sorry I don't remember his name as I type this) literally made a visual and sent it to my email to make it easier to understand. That part was really nice of him

I definitely expected more from a brand that charges as much as Bromic does. Look, the heat is fine, but I really didn't like my experience. The delivery company dropped off the boxes carelessly blocking my driveway. It took hours to assemble because there were parts everywhere. The price was too high for all of that trouble and carelessness.

Changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. I am still not happy with how everything was delivered, but I am actually impressed with the customer service from this site. I guess when you leave bad reviews, companies pay more attention. After I left my review, I got a call from them and I spoke to Roy. He seemed sincere and even sent me a $50 amazon gift card for my troubles and offered to give me the heat shield accessory half off if I wanted it. The fulfillment was bad, but the customer support did what they could to help out

One unit had a cracked ceramic tile out of the box. Contacted them and got it replaced it under warranty within a week.

Weird that a $1,500 heater doesn't include at least a wall switch or remote in the box. Had to buy the Bromic controller separately. But it looks good and has excellent heat

I was really drawn to the look of it. It has a warm up period but it takes the chill out of the air that's for sure

We went with this one after watching a few videos on youtube about it, didn't really see what else was out there. I don't think we made a bad choice at all but for $600 I thought I'd be getting something I'd want to fall asleep in at the pool. Don't get me wrong it's very comfortable but just not something I'm sure is worth the money.

I called and said that I really just wanted the simplest option from Bromic specifically because I've always heard good things about the brand and I was pointed straight to this. I got it in literally 2 days and I am so glad that I got it. Honestly I might get another one. Everything was so quick and easy. I would buy from this store again but I didn't like how they forgot to send me my tracking info. They called later to confirm I got the package and apologized so I guess no harm no foul. It came so fast anyway

We chose these over the normal ones just because of the longer warranty length. We bought them for our open kitchen area that we have because we like to eat out there whenever family comes over, but this past Christmas and Thanksgiving it was too cold to cook or eat out there comfortably. We just got them installed and have been using them the last 3 days. I would say that the heat is definitely enough. Not too much and not too little. The best part though is that it looks so good on our wall right above the table. Our space isn't huge, so it's very nice to have. Delivery only took 2 days so I am happy. No complaints so far.

It gets a lot hotter than we anticipated. Honestly, we didn't even factor the heat output into our decision, it was mostly about the aesthetics and the weight. Both of which we loved once we received it. But the heat is surprisingly good and makes me feel like the price is more than worth it. Plus the ignition process is so easy.

We had our other Ledge Loungers for a long time and they were really good looking too but just kept floating away so when it was time to replace them, we wanted to make sure that we bought new ones that didn't have that same issue. So with these we're happy because the color is identical and we haven't had any problems with it. The quality feels good so we don't think we'll have to buy these again anytime soon.

My wife and I ordered 2 of these for our pool this summer, but just a day before we got them, I was watching the set up video for the loungers and realized that we hadn't purchased a set of weights to go with them! I emailed this site here that we purchased from and I got a call the next morning from the gentleman Roy, who told me he'd send us the weights that we needed complimentary, we just had to pay a small shipping fee of $10. I loved the service I experienced shopping with these guys. Roy, thank you

We bought three of these for our patio. Way easier than the crank umbrellas we had before. Staff can control them from inside which is convenient during service.
Solar works great in summer but we've needed the AC adapter a few times in winter when it's cloudy. The auto-close is nice but it did close once during wind when we would've left it open. Not a huge deal.
8 months in and they still look new. No fading. Our maintenance guy installed all three in one afternoon. Resorts Depot delivered on time and followed up after to check everything worked.

I'm just super pleased with the entire experience I had shopping here with Resorts Depot. The communication was so good, and any purchase anxiety I had was eased after calling and getting to speak with Mr. Roy. I have no complaints which is a rare shopping experience these days

I was amazed that Roy was willing to pay his delivery guys extra to deliver on a holiday, just so we could have our new umbrella with our guests. The shadowspec is fantastic, and you just don't see customer service like that very often.
