I was searching for a quality wall mounted umbrella for my home deck and have always appreciated the durability and craftsmanship of commercial grade products. Although very pricey, I believe it's worth the investment. This umbrella was on sale with an additional 10% off of first purchase. The umbrella was delivered within one week, perfectly packaged in one box. The instructions were clear, however, it took me much longer to install than suggested. Wall bolts specifications are listed in the instructions, but not included. Therefore, I had to go to the hardware store to find the bolts along with a hammer drill. The specs are metric so I had to do conversions to find equivalents. Once I had the umbrella installed, it works great. However, they recommend the wall mount be installed at 7'2". This places the release pin at that height. At 5'4", I need to stand on my toes to reach it.

Great quality, instructions are understandable and was easy to install and use.

Although this umbrella is absolutely perfect in functionality for the space I have and seems to be made of solid materials and well as easy to operate, there is one thing. The gas piston that came with the umbrella to help open close it as part of the design was broken. Customer service is in the process of helping but seem to be taking there time sending me a new one leaving me hanging not sure if the part will come in time for the parties this umbrella was ordered for.

Great service. Called to double check the height of my sun shelf to make sure the chairs would work for us before completing the order.

Great service and a great product

Got these in gray granite and everything was smooth. I was in between a lot of choices but this one stood out just because I thought it would look the best in and out of the water. Plus my tanning ledge is 16 inches deep so this was one of the only options. I had to add some weights to the order to make it work and they work exactly as intended.

I was very happy with the service, the constant updates, the follow up call to make sure I was still enjoying everything, and the delivery service. Guys called ahead of time to ask when they should come and when they got here the boxes were in perfect shape.

Really happy with how this looks. I work from home, and I moved around my desk set up to have this in the background. It looks really good right behind me. Resorts Depot really earned my business with just how helpful Roy was.

I have never experienced such great service when shopping online. I had really tight constraints and was getting to be frustrated with how my contractors set up this wall, especially with them knowing I had plans to put a fireplace there. I was overwhelmed, but Resorts Depot took over and sent me two options that had everything I was looking for. I needed something that wasn't going to be too big for my wall since it isn't very deep, it needed to be at least 60 inches so that it doesn't look small below the TV, and it needed to have the reflective back glass and just look realistic. Resorts Depot created an entire web page just for me with 2 great options when I thought I had NONE. I went with this one because it's the brand new version and the old one already had good reviews everywhere online.

I can't say thank you enough. I really didn't have the time to go looking for something that could fit my specs so neatly and I was getting annoyed with my contractor. I wouldn't recommend him but I would definitely recommend Resorts Depot!!!

The pool loungers are great. According to the manufacturer, I was between riser sizes. I asked Resort Depot about it and they provided great advice. The loungers showed up quickly and are a great product for the pool.

We didn't know this existed but Roy let us know that it was a good choice because of the two cupholders and not having to worry about anything sliding off of it. It's very light too

My neighbor has some chairs from a different brand and I loved the way theirs look but they turned me away from buying them because of how they said how heavy they are to get out of the water whenever they want to cover the pool. I did some research and I found these and I think they look even cooler and because of how easy they are to get in and out of the water my neighbor wants to get some too haha

We really wanted the Shayz lounger for the cupholders, but our sun shelf water was just a couple inches over the limit. We went with the Laylo Lounger and this tall side table and are more than happy
