What TenJam Furniture Gets Right That Most Pool Chairs Get Wrong

A lot of high end pool furniture looks great in photos but is a headache to own. Some brands make you fill their loungers with a hose and plug them up, which puts them over 100 pounds. TenJam shapes its seats with real curves and back support, and many pieces fill with pool water on their own and drain when you lift them out. So they're easy to move, safe for your liner and comfortable enough for an afternoon nap.

Matching TenJam chairs to how you use the water

Not everyone wants to recline. The Shayz lounger has lumbar support, armrests and cupholders built into the frame, and at 34 inches wide it suits a roomier shelf, while the slimmer Laylo is 22.75 inches wide for tighter ledges. If you'd rather sit up, the Freelo is made for upright seating and fits people up to 6'6", and the low Moon Chair is turned more toward conversation than the sun. Fitting TenJam pool furniture to your water depth

Pieces are rated by water depth, and risers or coated weights stretch that range. The Shayz works in up to 5 inches of water on its own and takes 4, 8 or 12 inch riser sets for deeper shelves. Depending on the piece, risers and weights take TenJam furniture into water up to 22 inches deep. Chairs like the Woosah go from 13 inches to 18 with two 4 pound coated weights, sold separately. Can one person move TenJam chairs?

Yes. The Laylo weighs 31 pounds empty and the Moon Chair 33, and the water drains out as you lift them. So you're not dragging a water filled chair across the deck.

Are TenJam chairs safe for vinyl liner pools?

Yes. Chairs like the Moon, Mibster and Freelo have smooth, rounded edges made to protect a vinyl liner. And the Ripple side table has no metal parts, so nothing in it corrodes in chlorinated water.

Does TenJam make furniture for pools without a sun shelf?
