What's Covered:

TenJam products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Length:

• 3-year limited warranty
• 3-year limited warranty
• 1-year limited warranty
• 3-year limited warranty (surface corrosion not covered)

Warranty Details:

If a defect is found during the warranty period, TenJam may choose to repair, replace, or issue a prorated refund for the affected item. Freight charges for approved warranty claims are covered within the first year (contiguous U.S. only). Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including finish dulling from high traffic
• Color Fading
• Surface Damage (punctures, stains, scratches, etc.)
• Use as flotation devices or standing/jumping on products
• Damage due to improper use, accidents, abuse, or neglect
• Alterations to original shape, size, or color
• Cleaning with unapproved chemicals
  Temperature exposure above 140°F or below -15°F
• Loads exceeding published weight capacity
• Replacement parts designed to wear (e.g., casters, rubber legs, plastic glides)
