  • Original Purchaser: This warranty applies only to the original buyer.
  • Return Process:
  1. Contact Resorts Depot to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Include a copy of the RMA and proof of purchase with the return.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Overheating, modifications, or misuse
  • Improper installation, storage, or maintenance

Forno de Pizza Oven Specifics

  • Coverage: We warrant your Forno de Pizza oven against manufacturing defects for two years from the original purchase date. This applies to residential use only.
  • Repair or Replacement: At our discretion, we'll repair or replace defective products or components.

Warranty Limitations

The Forno de Pizza warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, including gas-related accidents
  • Cracks in refractory material larger than 1/8" (please contact HPC for instructions if this occurs)

Can the water be dyed to a different color?
Yes, but it might cause the water to become foamy.

Can I run the product in cold weather during the winter?
The water feature should be winterized to prevent damage, which can void the warranty. The Evolution 360 Series can run the fire feature without water after winterization. The H2Onfire Series requires water to operate the fire feature. LED lights can run anytime.

Can I use antifreeze in the water basin for winter usage?
No, antifreeze chemicals can damage seals and the pump.

How much water does the product hold?
Approximately 50 gallons at the recommended fill level.

What type of preventive maintenance do these products require?

  • Clean copper water bowls unless a patina look is desired.
  • Periodically clean the fire feature flame sensor.
  • Clean the system water filter at least once a month.
  • Drain and clean the entire unit periodically.
  • Winterize in areas with sustained freezing temperatures.
  • Protect from freezing in typically warm climate areas.

Can I fill these products with a garden hose when water is low?
Yes, but frequent refills may be needed due to evaporation and wind. The auto-fill feature is recommended.

Can I get different color LED lights for these models?

Can any decorative materials be applied to the inside of the water feature?
Decorative stones or glass (over 1 inch in diameter) can be used. Avoid water-soluble materials.

Can I install these models myself?
It’s recommended to use a licensed professional familiar with local codes. Always follow the installation instructions.

Can I add a larger fire feature to these models?
No, only the specified fire features can be used for safety and performance reasons.

How much do these models weigh?
Approximately 530 lbs when complete with the fire feature and full of water.

What type of enclosure is recommended?
Use nonflammable materials like aluminum, stone, or tiles. Ensure access doors, ventilation, and drainage are included for maintenance and safety.

Can these series be mounted on my deck?
No, these models should not be installed on or near flammable materials without proper barriers. Follow the installation instructions and local codes.

What is the smallest diameter of stone or decorative glass that can be put in the water basin?
Use media that is at least one inch in diameter to prevent pump damage.

Can I use decorative glass instead of lava rock in the fire feature?
Yes, as long as the glass is intended for fire use. HPC offers various glass color options.

The water coming out of the copper bowl is split or separating - how do I fix this?
Inspect the gap for debris and clean it using a plastic tool to remove the blockage.
