Warranty Terms:

  • All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.
  • Any shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Approved claims resulting in a replacement must be for the same product.
  • You will be asked to submit a brief description of the defect along with photos.

Warranty Length:

Mainstay, Legacy, Shift Daybed, Games Collections: Products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for ten (10) years for residential use and two (2) years for commercial use from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Modifications or applications of unapproved coatings
  • Environmental factors (extreme weather, chemical exposure)

Your Hoopstr comes with one basketball to get you started right away. If you need more, you can buy additional sets from a representative.

Can I use the Hoopstr on my pool's tanning ledge or baja shelf?
Absolutely! The Hoopstr can be placed on a pool ledge, coping, lawn, or patio. Just make sure the water depth is nine inches or less if you're using it on a tanning ledge or baja shelf.

Is the Hoopstr safe for all pool types?
While the Hoopstr is designed for most pools, it's not recommended for vinyl pools as it may cause damage to the liner. However, you can still enjoy it on the coping, patio, or lawn.

How do I set up the Hoopstr?

How do I keep my Hoopstr clean?
Maintaining your Hoopstr is easy. For regular cleaning, wipe down the base and backboard with water and a soft brush or cloth. For a deeper clean, remove it from the pool and use a mild household cleaner and eraser sponge. Calcium buildup can be removed with a specialized cleaner. The rim can be cleaned with a soft cloth and a mild soap and water solution.

Do I need to remove the Hoopstr when it's not in use?
The Hoopstr is built to withstand the elements, so you can leave it poolside even when you're not playing. If you need to move it, the integrated wheels make it easy to reposition. For long-term storage, drain the water from the base before storing it away from the pool.
