What's Covered:

  • Ledge Lounger products are warranted against material defects in workmanship and construction.
  • Specific warranty terms vary by product. All Ledge Lounger products are backed by a limited manufacturer’s defect warranty.

Warranty Length:

Signature & Affinity Collections: Products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for two (2) years from the date of purchase for both commercial and residential use.

Mainstay, Legacy, Shift Daybed, Games Collections: Products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for ten (10) years for residential use and two (2) years for commercial use from the date of purchase.

Umbrella Poles and Hardware: Umbrellas are warranted for five (5) years for residential and commercial use, from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship.

For warranty to apply, all umbrellas must be secured in a properly weighted base.

Warranty does not cover the umbrella pole.

The customer is responsible for taking the umbrella down when winds reach unsafe conditions.

Fabric Warranties:

Fabric warranties vary by fabric type and are covered under a limited prorated warranty provided directly from the fabric mill. This warranty covers the fabric becoming un-serviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. Warranty does not cover ripped, torn, or frayed fabric or seams.

  • Marine grade solution dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted against light fastness for a period of ten (10) years.
  • Furniture grade solution dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted for a period of five (5) years.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Modifications or applications of unapproved coatings
  • Environmental factors (extreme weather, chemical exposure)

Designed specifically for in-pool use on sun shelves with water depths up to 10 inches, this versatile table is equally at home outdoors on your deck, making it a must-have for both residential and commercial settings.

Important Note:

This side table will not support an umbrella without a sleeve prebuilt into the ledge. If you have questions about how to securely support your in-pool umbrella, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Clean often to prevent calcium buildup. You can extend the life of your products by storing them in a clean, shaded place when not in use.

Always use caution when moving or rearranging your Ledge Lounger products to avoid scratching or damage.

Your Ledge Lounger is made of ultra durable, high quality materials. It is designed for the pool environment and it is resistant to sun, weather, and the reasonable chemical levels of a well maintained pool. We encourage you to leave your ledge lounger in the pool even when not in use.

However, remove all Ledge Lounger products when adding shock or other highly concentrated materials to your pool.

In the event of a freeze, remove your Ledge Lounger products from the water, drain, and store in a safe location.

Always use a soft bristle brush or cloth when cleaning your Ledge Lounger furniture. For routine cleaning, just use water.

For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner or an eraser sponge.

Depending on the calcium levels of your pool, you may notice a white powder like coating develop on your furniture. If this occurs, we recommend cleaning it with a calcium remover.

Q: What can I use to secure an umbrella when the table's hole is too large?
A: We recommend using a ring reducer for a more snug fit. Please contact customer service to request one.

Q: Is the Signature Standard Side Table suitable for use in saltwater pools?
A: Yes, this side table is safe for both chemically treated and saltwater pools.

Q: How can I add weight to the side table to support an umbrella on a patio?
A: The Signature Standard Side Table should only be paired with an umbrella if used with a built-in pool sleeve. For patios without a sleeve, consider using the Signature Tall Ice Bin Side Table, Ice Basin Side Table, or the Autograph Umbrella Stand Ice Bin.

Q: I’m concerned about the umbrella pole cutting into the pool liner. What can I do?
A: The table's hole is designed to accommodate built-in pool sleeves. We recommend using a pool sleeve with the table to ensure stability and protect your pool liner.

Q: How do I add water to the table to prevent it from floating?
A: To add water, remove the two plugs at the bottom, submerge the table in your pool until it’s filled, then replace the plugs and position the table on your ledge.

Q: Does the table's hole allow the umbrella to pass through and mount into the pool?
A: Yes, the hole at the bottom allows the umbrella to pass through the table and into your built-in pool sleeve.

Q: Can this table hold a 9' umbrella without a built-in sleeve?
A: We don't recommend using this size table with a 9' umbrella unless it’s paired with a built-in sleeve. Larger options like the 22" Side Table or the Ice Bin Side Table may be more suitable.

Q: How much does the table weigh? Will it move on the tanning ledge with people splashing around?
A: The table weighs 12 lbs when empty and 78 lbs when filled with water, making it stable on a ledge.

Q: My umbrella moves quite a bit in the table. Is there a way to secure it?
A: We offer spacers to help create a snug fit for your umbrella. Please contact customer service for assistance.
