Coverage Period
- 5 years from purchase date for Commercial-Grade UV products
- Requires proof of purchase from Resorts Depot
- Coverage starts the day your products arrive
Making a Claim
- Contact our support team within 7 days of noticing an issue
- Send photos and your proof of purchase
- We'll assess and handle your claim promptly
- Keep the product until you hear from us - don't return without authorization
Important Details for Property Owners
What We'll Do:
- Replace, repair, or refund at our discretion
- Pro-rate coverage based on usage time if appropriate
What's Not Covered:
- Indoor plants and non-commercial grade products
- Installation or removal costs
- Normal wear like slight dulling
- Damage from:
- Incorrect installation
- Heat sources or fire
- Storms or natural disasters
- Vandalism
- Plant growth interference
- Moving after initial installation
Coverage Limitations:
- Non-transferable if property sold
- Void if modified or improperly installed
- Limited to original purchaser
- Must use recommended installation methods
Important Notes
- Expect minor color changes and loss of shine over time - this is normal for all UV-rated products
- For partial damage, we may replace just the affected section rather than the entire product
- Labor, building materials, and project delay costs aren't included
