Warranty Information

As an authorized dealer of Dynamic Cold Therapy, we're glad to be able to offer their top-quality products and 1 Year Limited Warranty.

The Dynamic Cold Therapy warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for its Cold Plunge Tub when purchased from an authorized agent in undamaged original packaging. The warranty includes the following:

  • Polycarbonate Insert: 1-year limited warranty. Repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Wooden Shell & Trim: 1-year limited warranty. Repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship.
  • All Other Components: 1-year limited warranty. Repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Finish damage, fading, or discoloration from UV exposure.
  • Damage due to freezing temperatures, neglect, abuse, incorrect assembly, or improper use.
  • Damage from corrosion or water maintenance issues.
  • Freight, customs, or labor costs associated with returns or repairs.
  • Damage or loss during transport.

Conditions:

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Original proof of purchase must be registered with Dynamic Cold Therapy or its distributor.
  • Returns must be in original packaging, with transportation, insurance, and associated costs covered by the purchaser.
  • Dynamic Cold Therapy reserves the right to inspect parts before honoring the warranty.
  • The company disclaims any other warranties and is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Dynamic Cold Therapy also reserves the right to update or modify the warranty as necessary
