Warranty Coverage

One year coverage for defects in materials and workmanship on these umbrellas:

  • Two-piece fiberglass ribbed Garden, Patio, Terrace, Market, and Beach Umbrellas
  • All Wood and Cantilever Umbrellas
  • Bases, Cabanas, Tents, and Upholstery work
  • Prestige Collection:

Five-year coverage for defects in materials and workmanship for Augusta, Bambusa, Bridgewater, Diamante, Lucaya, Nitro, Oceana, Palm, Riva Umbrellas, and Pavilions.

  • Fiberglass Support Ribs:

Five-year warranty for fiberglass support ribs on Market, Beach, and Prestige Collection Umbrellas and Pavilions.

Fabric Warranties

  • Marine Grade Solution Dyed Acrylic: 10-year warranty against fading and loss of strength.
  • Furniture Grade Solution Dyed Acrylic: 5-year warranty against fading and loss of strength.

Specific fabric warranties are provided by the fabric mill. Contact customer service for details.

Important Notes

  • Proper Use: Warranties apply only to products properly used, maintained, and secured in weighted bases.
  • Wind Precautions: FiberBuilt does not recommend leaving umbrellas open in storms or strong winds. Customer is responsible for taking umbrellas down in unsafe conditions.
  • Tilt Feature: Tilt mechanism is for residential use only. Commercial use voids the tilt warranty.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, extreme weather, or vandalism
  • Modifications, umbrella poles, cranks, or tilts
  • Normal fading, chemical stains
  • Customer's own material
