Transform your backyard into a culinary haven with the HPC Fire Villa Series Outdoor Oven. This stunning glass-tiled oven isn't just a pizza oven—it's a versatile centerpiece for your outdoor kitchen, designed to inspire culinary creativity and unforgettable gatherings.

Unlike the Forno Series with its cart, the Villa offers the freedom to design your dream outdoor kitchen. With the Villa Series as the centerpiece, your outdoor kitchen will be the envy of the neighborhood.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Authentic Brick Oven Cooking: Experience the rich flavors and textures of traditional brick oven cooking right in your own backyard. Achieve perfect pizzas, artisan bread, roasted meats, vegetables, and more with the intense heat and even cooking of the Villa Series.
  • Dual-Fuel Flexibility: Enjoy the convenience of electronic ignition and the option to switch between wood and gas fuel sources, or use both simultaneously for a truly customizable cooking experience. With all its options, the flexibility of Forno de Pizza can cater to all styles and tastes.
  • Rapid Heat-Up: Be ready to bake in as little as 30 minutes, perfect for impromptu pizza parties or busy restaurant kitchens. Heats up even faster when wood and gas are used as a dual heat source.
  • Electronic Ignition: Start your culinary adventure with a simple push of a button.  Forno de Pizza’s new Electronic Ignition (EI) system is the latest technological upgrade used in every HPC Forno de Pizza oven. Unlike the electronic igniters which ignite via spark and have a standing pilot when not in use, this system has a computer-controlled valve that senses the presence of flame, giving the customer a safe environment for cooking. The EI systems used on Forno ovens are matchless and automatic.
  • Effortless Elegance: Handcrafted glass mosaic tiles add a touch of sophistication to your outdoor space, while the stainless steel hearth ensures durability and easy maintenance.
  • Refractory Material Construction: The oven is crafted from high-quality refractory materials that can withstand temperatures up to 2400°F, ensuring optimal heat retention and distribution.
  • Easy Installation: Designed for built-in applications, the Villa Series installs in just three simple steps, making it a hassle-free addition to your outdoor kitchen. Once the oven arrives, two or three people will have to remove it from its box and assemble it in 3 easy steps: (1) Bolt the hearth to the cart. (2) Connect the gas line to a hearth. (3) Place the oven
on top of the hearth with the provided security pins (approximately 15 minutes).
  • Lightweight Design: As the lightest authentic brick dual-fuel oven on the market, the Villa Series is easier to integrate into your custom-built setup.
  • Safe and Easy Operation: The electronic ignition system ensures quick and reliable gas starts, while the intuitive controls make it easy to switch between fuel sources and adjust the temperature.

What is a Dual Fuel Oven?
A dual fuel oven lets you cook with both wood and gas, either together or separately. With HPC's Forno de Pizza ovens, you can easily start the wood fire by placing the wood on the gas burner and igniting it, combining the best of both worlds.

What is a Refractory Oven?
A refractory oven is built with materials that can handle super high temperatures, like fire bricks. HPC Fire's Forno de Pizza ovens use a special refractory formula that withstands up to 2400°F.

Are All Dual Fuel Ovens the Same?
Not really. Many dual fuel ovens require a separate process to start the wood fire, but HPC’s ovens let you start the wood fire right on the gas burner.

Why Does the Forno de Pizza Cost More Than Ovens?
Forno de Pizza ovens, handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, blend centuries-old design with modern appliance technology. They are constructed using premium 11 GA 304 stainless steel made in the USA, ensuring durability and longevity. Unlike mass-produced ovens, each Forno de Pizza oven is unique, reflecting the artisan craftsmanship that goes into its creation. This dedication to quality and authenticity naturally comes at a premium.

While other ovens may be compared to buses, Forno de Pizza ovens are akin to sports cars: fast, efficient, and portable. Their superior design allows them to reach high temperatures quickly, using less fuel than bulkier alternatives. For those who value quality, performance, and the art of wood-fired cooking, a Forno de Pizza oven is an investment that pays dividends in both flavor and functionality.

What is Electronic Ignition?
Electronic ignition is a safe and easy way to light your gas appliances. HPC's Forno de Pizza uses a 3-volt battery pack for portable ovens and a 3V to 110V adapter for built-in models. It only lets gas flow if the pilot is lit, ensuring safe use.

Why is the Oven One Size?
The single size is designed for versatility, efficient heating, and ease of use. Larger ovens take longer to heat, use more fuel to maintain temperature, and take up more space. Forno, on the other hand, is a residential/light commercial oven that occupies less space, uses less fuel and has a secondary source of controlled heat for easy operation. It is small enough to fit through a 36-inch garage side door, or to incorporate in small spaces such as an upper deck, but does not limit your cooking options unlike most smaller ovens.

How Many Pizzas Can I Bake at a Time?
2 ten-inch pizzas can be baked at once.

Why Doesn’t the Oven Have a Chimney?
The oven has a special vent at the opening that feeds oxygen to the fire and directs smoke upwards. This design helps retain heat and makes the oven easy to move around.

Can I Use Just Wood or Just Gas?
Absolutely! You can use either wood or gas on their own. But using both fuels together heats the oven faster, which many people prefer.

How do I get the oven started? Turn on the pilot on the burner. If using wood, place smaller pieces on the burner. Turn the gas control knob “on” and let the wood ignite for about 10 minutes. Move the hot coals to the middle of the oven and add more wood on top of the coals; wait about 20 minutes. Next, move the wood coals and the ash to the back with the oven brush, and get to baking.

How Heavy Are the Ovens?
- Forno Series: 445 lbs
- Villa Series: 370 lbs
- Di Napoli: 450 lbs

What is Electronic Ignition?
Electronic ignition is a safe and easy way to light gas appliances. HPC's Forno de Pizza uses a 3-volt battery pack for portable ovens and a 3V to 110V adapter for built-in models. This system only allows gas flow if the pilot is lit, ensuring safety.

How Hot Does the Oven Get?
The oven can exceed 1200°F when using both fuels. Cooking temperatures range from 200°F (smoking) to 750°F (searing).

What are the Internal Dimensions of the Oven?
The oven interior measures 29 inches wide and 30 inches deep, with the burner occupying about 2 inches on the right side.

How Long Until My Oven Ships Once Ordered?
Shipping time varies from a few days to a few weeks after order confirmation, from the manufacturing facility in Dayton, OH.

How Many People Are Needed to Assemble the Oven?
Two to three people can assemble the Forno and Villa series. The Di Napoli series, weighing 430 lbs, requires a forklift or about six people to place it on a base.

Does the Oven Produce Smoke?
The oven can produce smoke if desired. Using seasoned hardwood reduces smoke, while soaked wood chips can create smoke for flavor.

Can I Use the Oven in Freezing Temperatures?
Yes, gradually heat the oven with gas before adding wood to avoid thermal shock to the refractory material.

Does the Oven Require a Door?
Not really. If you are just using the oven to cook in high heat and need to rotate the food frequently, you will not use a door. The door will be used when you are baking at medium to low temperatures and smoking. It also works well to keep animals from going in the oven.

Can the Oven Be Left Outside?
Yes, after curing, the refractory material becomes ceramic. HPC offers outdoor covers to protect the oven.

How Long Does it Take to Reach Cooking Temperature?
Neapolitan pizza temperatures (625-650°F) can be reached in 20-30 minutes, depending on the wood used and outside temperature.

Can the Oven Be Used Indoors?
No, these ovens are designed for outdoor use only.

Can I Convert My Oven Between LP and NG?
Yes, contact Resorts Depot for assistance with locating an HVAC professional for conversions.

Can a Built-In Model Be Converted to a Portable Oven?
Two of the oven series, the Villa and the Forno, are designed to be interchangeable. If you own a cart model and would like to build it into an outdoor kitchen, you most likely can; just follow the requirements for the built-in application. In like manner, if you have a built-in model, you can contact Resorts Depot and purchase the cart separately.

How Long Does a 20lb LP Tank Last?
At full capacity, a 20lb LP tank lasts about 12.5 hours. At 50% capacity, it lasts around 25 hours.

Where Are the Ovens Made?
All ovens are manufactured at HPC Fire Inspired's plant in Miamisburg, OH.
