Warranty Coverage

All Slick Rock Inc. products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers structural cracking and sealer failure within the stated period.

Should a defect occur, Slick Rock Inc. will provide DIY repair materials, repair, reseal, or replace the existing product at no cost, based on their evaluation.

What's Not Covered

Shipping costs associated with replacing a defective product.

Damage due to neglect or misuse.

Non-structural hairline cracks (these are normal in concrete products).

Color variations or fading (each piece is unique and may vary from color charts).

Damage from third-party covers or improper maintenance.

Maintenance and Care

Use only recommended cleaners for surface maintenance. Avoid acidic cleaners or strippers.

Resealing may be necessary to protect the product (to be performed by Slick Rock Inc. or an approved professional).

For daily cleaning, use Riverbed Concrete General Cleaner.

Important Notes

Concrete products may develop small, non-structural cracks over time. This is normal and typically doesn't affect performance.

Smart solution for tight spaces

These slim planters let us create atmosphere without sacrificing seating space. Went with the Mahogany finish which perfectly matches our decor. Only wish is that they came in custom heights because we would've liked to have multiple different heights to look even more creative together, but honestly they look fantastic as is.

LOVE these for our hotel!

These planters are absolute perfection for our narrow entrance walkway. Got 6 in Coal Grey and they're stunning. They are very heavy though so be prepared for how you'll place them. You'll need a lot of hands or some equipment. Definitely don't have to worry about guests pushign them Super easy to maintain and the color hasn't faded at all in the Arizona sun. Would absolutely get these again!

Beautiful but BE CAREFUL moving them

Got 4 for our spa's hallway and they're gorgeous... just make sure you have enough people to move them! We learned the hard way that these are seriously heavy. Once in place though, they're perfect. The Seafoam color is exactly what we wanted and they clean up so easily. Our plants look amazing in them.
