Warranty Coverage

All Slick Rock Inc. products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers structural cracking and sealer failure within the stated period.

Should a defect occur, Slick Rock Inc. will provide DIY repair materials, repair, reseal, or replace the existing product at no cost, based on their evaluation.

What's Not Covered

Shipping costs associated with replacing a defective product.

Damage due to neglect or misuse.

Non-structural hairline cracks (these are normal in concrete products).

Color variations or fading (each piece is unique and may vary from color charts).

Damage from third-party covers or improper maintenance.

Maintenance and Care

Use only recommended cleaners for surface maintenance. Avoid acidic cleaners or strippers.

Resealing may be necessary to protect the product (to be performed by Slick Rock Inc. or an approved professional).

For daily cleaning, use Riverbed Concrete General Cleaner.

Important Notes

Concrete products may develop small, non-structural cracks over time. This is normal and typically doesn't affect performance.

Color modeling and non-uniformity may occur within each piece, adding to its unique character.
