Warranty Coverage

All Slick Rock Inc. products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers structural cracking and sealer failure within the stated period.

Should a defect occur, Slick Rock Inc. will provide DIY repair materials, repair, reseal, or replace the existing product at no cost, based on their evaluation.

What's Not Covered

Shipping costs associated with replacing a defective product.

Damage due to neglect or misuse.

Non-structural hairline cracks (these are normal in concrete products).

Color variations or fading (each piece is unique and may vary from color charts).

Damage from third-party covers or improper maintenance.

Maintenance and Care

Use only recommended cleaners for surface maintenance. Avoid acidic cleaners or strippers.

Resealing may be necessary to protect the product (to be performed by Slick Rock Inc. or an approved professional).

For daily cleaning, use Riverbed Concrete General Cleaner.

Important Notes

Concrete products may develop small, non-structural cracks over time. This is normal and typically doesn't affect performance.

Gloss levels may change over time due to environmental factors.

Great quality but plan your installation

Using two 29" bowls at our restaurant's entrance. They make a great first impression and the water sound helps mask street noise. Had to work with our plumber to get the water flow just right, but once dialed in they've been trouble-free. The concrete quality is impressive. o signs of wear even with all our foot traffic. Just remember you'll need a dedicated circuit for the pumps.

Stunning addition to our spa

Got the 22" model for our day spa's relaxation room. The gentle water sound adds to the calming atmosphere, and the built-in planter lets us change out flowers seasonally. The concrete finish (we chose coal gray) looks high-end and cleans easily. Make sure you have access to plumbing before ordering. Installation requires both water supply and drainage.

Installed three 34" models around our resort pool deck. The combination of plants and water features creates exactly the upscale ambiance we wanted.
