Making a Claim

  3. We'll assess and handle your claim promptly
  4. Keep the product until you hear from us - don't return without authorization

Coverage Limitations:

  • Non-transferable if property sold

Important Notes

  • Expect minor color changes and loss of shine over time - this is normal for all UV-rated products
  • For partial damage, we may replace just the affected section rather than the entire product
