Return & Refund Policy for RadTec Products

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eligible products. Here's what you need to know:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging intact.
Timeframe: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Fees: A 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Our return policy also applies to orders cancelled after the item has shipped or if delivery is refused.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, removed from their original packaging, or purchased in quantities of 5 units or more (warranty still applies).
Return Process
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the merchandise is returned in new and resalable condition. Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Damage During Return Shipping: If your returned item is damaged during transit back to the manufacturer, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund in this case.
Cancellations After Shipment: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, it will be subject to applicable return fees and charges. To avoid these fees, please cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Credit: If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
