What's Covered:

  • Ledge Lounger products are warranted against material defects in workmanship and construction.
  • Specific warranty terms vary by product. All Ledge Lounger products are backed by a limited manufacturer’s defect warranty.

Warranty Length:

Signature & Affinity Collections: Products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for two (2) years from the date of purchase for both commercial and residential use.

Mainstay, Legacy, Shift Daybed, Games Collections: Products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for ten (10) years for residential use and two (2) years for commercial use from the date of purchase.

Umbrella Poles and Hardware: Umbrellas are warranted for five (5) years for residential and commercial use, from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship.

For warranty to apply, all umbrellas must be secured in a properly weighted base.

Warranty does not cover the umbrella pole.

The customer is responsible for taking the umbrella down when winds reach unsafe conditions.

Fabric Warranties:

Fabric warranties vary by fabric type and are covered under a limited prorated warranty provided directly from the fabric mill. This warranty covers the fabric becoming un-serviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. Warranty does not cover ripped, torn, or frayed fabric or seams.

  • Marine grade solution dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted against light fastness for a period of ten (10) years.
  • Furniture grade solution dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted for a period of five (5) years.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Modifications or applications of unapproved coatings
  • Environmental factors (extreme weather, chemical exposure)

Your Ledge Lounger is made of ultra durable, high quality materials. It is designed for the pool environment and it is resistant to sun, weather, and the reasonable chemical levels of a well maintained pool. We encourage you to leave your ledge lounger in the pool even when not in use.

However, remove all Ledge Lounger products when adding shock or other highly concentrated materials to your pool.

In the event of a freeze, remove your Ledge Lounger products from the water, drain, and store in a safe location.

Always use a soft bristle brush or cloth when cleaning your Ledge Lounger furniture. For routine cleaning, just use water.

For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner or an eraser sponge.

Depending on the calcium levels of your pool, you may notice a white powder like coating develop on your furniture. If this occurs, we recommend cleaning it with a calcium remover.

Worth the money

hese are heavy enough to stay in place but not too heavy to move when needed. The back support is really good compared to regular pool chairs. They do get hot in direct sun but cool off quick with pool water.

Look so nice in our pool

These loungers are exactly what our shallow deck area needed. Guests love them, they're easy to move around with the back handle, and cleaning is simple. After a summer in Florida sun, they still look great. Just pay attention to the 12-inch depth limit - we learned that the hard way on the deeper end.

The quality shows

The difference between these and cheaper pool loungers is huge. Just fill them and forget about it. I don't have to worry about them floating or moving away and the ergonomics are actually good - you can lay out for hours. Only complaint is they get so hot when left out in direct sun but that's probably true of any in-pool furniture.

Bought six of these for our pool's tanning ledge. They stay put and don't float around like our old chairs did. Super comfortable for reading or napping in the sun. We keep them in the water all season and they still look new. They included complimentary headrest pillows with our order & they make a big difference.
