General Warranty Terms

Valid only for original purchaser (non-transferable)

Product returns within warranty period require prior approval

Products will be inspected upon return to determine warranty coverage

Products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

Inspection and replacement processing may take up to 72 business hours

No refunds on warranty returns - replacement product or store credit offered

If item cannot be repaired/replaced, product credit will be issued

Shipping Terms

Returns within 60 days: FedEx return label provided

Returns after 60 days: Customer responsible for shipping costs

Important Notes

• Warranty covers product repair/replacement only
• Does not cover labor, installation, service, or removal costs
• Warranty void if product is:

- Subject to normal wear and tear
- Damaged by vandalism
- Damaged by accident
- Subject to neglect or abuse
- Misused
- Damaged by Acts of God
- Used for unintended purposes
- Modified in any way
