Return Policy
As an authorized dealer of Current Luxury, we follow their established return policy to ensure consistency and quality standards across all sales channels. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Current Luxury purchase.
Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Products must be returned in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear
- All originally included parts, accessories, and packaging must be included
Return Process:
- Contact Us First: Reach out to Resorts Depot customer service to initiate your return:
- Inspection Required: All returned products are inspected upon arrival at Current Luxury's distribution center
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method
Return Fees:
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all Current Luxury returns
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Prepaid Labels: Available upon request, but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
Refund Adjustments:
Your refund amount may be reduced if:
- Products show signs of use or wear beyond normal inspection
- Originally included parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
- Products are found to be in poor condition during inspection

- Final refund amounts are determined after inspection at Current Luxury's distribution center
- Processing times may vary depending on inspection results and payment method

Warranty Information
As an authorized dealer of Current Luxury, we're proud to offer their exceptional products, backed by a strong manufacturer's warranty. We're committed to your satisfaction and want you to enjoy your Current Luxury products for years to come.
What's Covered:
- Current Luxury products are warranted against defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate under normal working conditions.
- Coverage applies as long as the original, residential retail purchaser owns the product.
- All internal mechanisms and components are covered.
Warranty Length:
Helux Umbrella Frame & Mechanisms: Comprehensive 3-year warranty covers all internal mechanisms and components for residential use from the date of purchase.
Canopy Fabric Warranties:
- Solution Dyed Acrylic Canopy: 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
- Yarn Dyed Polyester Canopy: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
Commercial Applications: Different warranty periods and terms apply for commercial and hospitality products and applications. Contact us for specific commercial warranty details.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Chafing of umbrella rod when inserted in a non-Current Luxury table
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Environmental damage from extreme weather conditions
- Incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Submitting a Warranty Claim
- Gather Information: Have your original proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and your contact information ready.
- Contact Your Original Dealer: As your authorized dealer, contact Resorts Depot customer service first:
- Manufacturer Support: For technical support or additional warranty information, you can contact us.
We'll Help You! Our team will guide you through the claim process. Current Luxury will, at their option, either repair or replace the product or components found to be defective with like or similar parts or products.
