Elementi Warranty Guide - What's Covered and How to Get Help
As an authorized Elementi dealer, every product comes with manufacturer warranty protection. Here's exactly what's covered, what to expect from handcrafted concrete products, and how we make claims straightforward.
Warranty Coverage by Product Line
Elementi Fire Features & Accessories: 1-year limited warranty
Elementi Plus Collection: 2-year extended warranty (premium components receive enhanced protection)
Elementi Home Products: 1-year limited warranty (tables and side tables)
Elementi Outdoor Furniture: Component-specific coverage
- Aluminum Frame: 10 years (residential) / 2 years (commercial)
- Powder Coating Finish: 3 years (residential) / 1 year (commercial)
- Sunbrella Fabric: 5 years
- Foam Cushions: 2 years (residential) / 1 year (commercial)
- Rope/Vinyl Straps: 3 years (residential) / 1 year (commercial)
- Teak Components: 1 year (residential) / 90 days (commercial)
- Component Parts: 1 year (residential)
Note: Warranty applies to residential, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable.
What's Covered
Elementi warranties protect against defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Elementi will repair or replace the affected product at their discretion.
Important: Replacement parts are provided at no charge, but return shipping to your original place of purchase is the customer's responsibility. Freight, removal, and reinstallation costs are not covered.
Critical Installation Requirement
All gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas fitter. This is non-negotiable - improper gas installation voids the warranty entirely and creates serious safety risks.
What's Not Covered
This warranty doesn't cover:
- Shipping damage - Inspect your delivery carefully and note any damage immediately
- Normal wear and weathering - Fading, dings, dents, scratches from regular outdoor use
- Decorative rock - Lava rock and other decorative media aren't covered
- Improper installation or modifications - Any repairs or changes not performed by Elementi
- Abuse or misuse - Damage from accidents, neglect, or use beyond normal parameters
- Minor surface imperfections - Small chips, non-structural hairline cracks, water staining
- Consequential damages - Liability is limited to the original purchase price
Understanding Handcrafted Concrete (GFRC)
Elementi fire features use glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC), which is hand-cast and hand-finished. This means every piece is unique - and certain characteristics are normal, not defects:
Color Variation: Each unit may vary up to 15% in color from display photos or between pieces. This is inherent to the casting process.
Texture Differences: Uneven texture or pattern across the surface is typical of hand-finished concrete.
Surface Characteristics: Small holes or pits caused by air or water bubbles during casting are normal traits of cast concrete.
Natural Weathering: Over time, outdoor exposure will cause gradual color changes and patina development. This is expected and not covered under warranty.
Think of these characteristics like natural stone - the variations are part of what makes each piece authentic, not mass-produced.

- Description of the issue and when it started
2. Contact Us First
Call (888) 883-7568 during business hours (8AM-8PM CT, Mon-Sat). Don't go directly to the manufacturer - we'll handle the claim process and be your advocate.
3. We'll Make It Simple
Our team will review your claim, work with Elementi on your behalf, and coordinate any approved repairs or replacements. If the claim is approved, Elementi will provide replacement parts or product at their discretion.
