Coverage: Warranted for 5 years (residential and commercial use) against defects in the umbrella's materials and workmanship. Warranty starts on the original purchase date.

Requirements:

  • Umbrella must be secured in a weighted base.
  • Customer must take down the umbrella in unsafe wind conditions.

Exclusions:

  • Warranty does not cover the umbrella pole.
  • Warranty does not cover fabric rips, tears, or frayed seams.

Fabric Warranty

Coverage: Fabric is covered under a separate, limited warranty directly from the fabric manufacturer. This warranty protects against fabric becoming unusable due to color fading, strength loss, mildew, rot, or damage from normal atmospheric chemicals.

Duration:

  • Marine-grade solution-dyed fabrics: 10-year warranty against fading.
  • Furniture-grade solution-dyed acrylic: 5-year warranty against fading
