Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase
• Products must be returned in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear
• All originally included parts, accessories, and packaging must be included

Return Process:

Return Fees:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all Current Luxury returns
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Prepaid Labels: Available upon request, but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

Refund Adjustments:
Your refund amount may be reduced if:

• Products show signs of use or wear beyond normal inspection
• Originally included parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
• Products are found to be in poor condition during inspection

Warranty Length:

Helux Umbrella Frame & Mechanisms: Comprehensive 3-year warranty covers all internal mechanisms and components for residential use from the date of purchase.

Canopy Fabric Warranties:

• Solution Dyed Acrylic Canopy: 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Yarn Dyed Polyester Canopy: 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Commercial Applications: Different warranty periods and terms apply for commercial and hospitality products and applications. Contact us for specific commercial warranty details.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

• Chafing of umbrella rod when inserted in a non-Current Luxury table
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
• Environmental damage from extreme weather conditions
• Incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
