Important Notes

  • Original Purchaser: This warranty applies only to the original buyer.
  • Return Process:
  1. Contact Resorts Depot to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during return shipping.
  3. Include a copy of the RMA and proof of purchase with the return.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Overheating, modifications, or misuse
  • Improper installation, storage, or maintenance
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, etc.)

Additional Disclaimers

Forno de Pizza Oven Specifics

  • Coverage: We warrant your Forno de Pizza oven against manufacturing defects for two years from the original purchase date. This applies to residential use only.
  • Repair or Replacement: At our discretion, we'll repair or replace defective products or components.

Warranty Limitations

The Forno de Pizza warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, including gas-related accidents
  • Cracks in refractory material larger than 1/8" (please contact HPC for instructions if this occurs)

Rolled Lava Stone (857S/M): Unique finish lava stones rolled smooth. Available in small or medium sizes. 

Ceramic River Rock Series (FPR84MC): A unique alternative to lava rock & fire glass. HPC's River Rocks are made from lightweight ceramic fiber and are gel casted. The durable design is great to withstand outdoor elements. Available in two styles: Black or Multi Color.
