Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Landscape Pro Slim go outside?

Yes, under a patio cover and away from direct water and direct sunlight. The roof overhang and the side distance each need to be at least half the height measured from the bottom of the fireplace, and the base needs to sit at least 2 inches above the floor.

Does it plug into a regular outlet?

No. A qualified electrician hardwires it to a dedicated 120 volt, 20 amp circuit, and it should never run on an extension cord or power strip.

Can I run the flames without heat?

Yes. The heat button cycles between high, low and off, and holding it for 5 seconds locks the heater so nobody turns the heat on by accident.

How is it different from the Landscape Pro Multi?

The Multi is deeper and adds corner and three sided installs plus a 240V option up to 10,000 BTU. The Slim is single sided and 5.5 inches deep, which is what lets it fit a 2x6 wall.
