The Studio Suite Mantel Set is a floating top and bottom cabinet suite with matching side pieces, made of solid hardwoods and thermally fused laminate. It is built for the Modern Flames Landscape Pro Multi 56" fireplace (LPM-5616), which is sold separately. Modern Flames designs Studio Suites only for its Landscape Pro Multi and Orion Multi fireplaces when they are wall mounted.

This electric fireplace mantel package is for indoor or enclosed spaces only. The fireplace itself is rated for indoor and outdoor use. Hardwoods and laminate in this suite will not withstand outdoor moisture or temperature cycling. The Modern Flames warranty does not cover a product installed outdoors unless it is listed for outdoor use.

Key Features

Wall mount bracket: A size specific bracket secures into a minimum of 2 studs, and the fireplace hooks onto it.
Top and bottom suite: Both pieces slide onto the fireplace with no additional screws or adhesive, and silicone caulk where the suite meets the walls is optional.
Matching side pieces: They slide in at the drywall stop and hold with a friction fit, plus construction adhesive or double sided tape if the friction is not enough.
Four finishes: Ready to Finish (a ready to paint white primer), Coastal Sand, Driftwood Gray, and Weathered Walnut.
Materials: Solid hardwoods and thermally fused laminate.
Power cord: Included, with a cabinet cavity for tucking away the excess cord.

Recommended drill bit	7/64" for the mounting holes (not included)
Warranty	Modern Flames limited warranty: 5 years from date of purchase when the owner registers the product at www.modernflames.com, or the standard 2 year warranty if it is not registered. Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Void if a product not listed for outdoor use is installed outdoors, or if the product is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensation.
