A: Once your sauna arrives at the local terminal, the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. They typically aim to deliver within 48 hours of this contact. Please note that freight companies usually only deliver on weekdays.

Q: Will the delivery team bring my sauna inside my house?
A: The standard delivery is curbside only. While some drivers may offer to bring the sauna into your garage, this is at their discretion and not guaranteed. We recommend having assistance ready for moving the sauna to your desired location.

Q: What if I have a long driveway or live in an area inaccessible to large trucks?
A: In such cases, you'll need to arrange to meet the delivery truck at the nearest accessible main road. You'll need a full-size pickup truck or SUV to transport the sauna. The delivery truck is equipped with a liftgate to assist with transferring the product to your vehicle.

Q: Will the sauna fit through my door?

A: If you notice obvious damage to the sauna inside the boxes, such as softball-sized holes (which may indicate forklift damage), you should refuse delivery. Also, all sauna boxes should be delivered standing up. If they arrive lying flat on the pallet, the sauna may have been dropped. Always check for any exposed or damaged wood.
