Retreat™:

• Fabric: 3 years residential / 1 year commercial
• Protection Cover: 1 year

All Accessories: 1 year (motors, controls, mounting hardware, rain gutters, drop blinds, castor wheels)

Warranty begins from invoice date. Mounting options covered under frame warranty.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Material failures under normal use conditions
• Mechanical component failures when properly maintained
• Coverage applies when installed and used according to guidelines

What's Not Covered

• Weather damage: Storm, wind, water/snow accumulation, acts of nature
• Installation issues: Incorrect installation or ignoring care instructions
• Environmental exposure: High salt levels, industrial atmospheres
• Normal wear: Natural aging, fading, or strength loss from regular use
• Third party issues: Damage or repairs by unauthorized parties
• Cosmetic variations: Minor color differences from samples
• Misuse: Accidents, negligence, or improper operation
