The planter does not come with a base. Rather the faux hedge rests on the internal frame of the sides of the planter walls. Please kindly understand that if you did not read this and you are upset there is no base you will not be able to return it as there is clearly NO base as per the description and images.

Where do your plant products ship from?

Our artificial plant products ship from our partner warehouses in California and Miami. Orders are dispatched same or next business day in most cases, via UPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us at (888)-883-7568 before your order for questions about expedited shipping.

What is the return policy?

We accept fee-free returns within 30 days of your order's delivery. Email contact@resortsdepot.com for an RMA number before returning. Items must be in original packaging with no installation attempted. We do not charge restocking fees. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Can your artificial green walls, topiary & hedges be used in the snow?

Yes they can. The products are frost resistant.

What materials do you use in your green wall panels (fake living walls)?

They are made of LDPE plastics, and RealTex colours and UV Inhibitors. The LDPE panels can be recycled through suitable recycling services.

Do these products last outdoors?

Absolutely. Our representation of UV protected products has been tested in laboratories and in the environment for over a decade. They are designed to work in hot and cold climates.

Are 'hedge', 'ivy', 'green wall' 'living wall, ' vertical garden' and 'hedge panels' all the same thing?

Generally speaking, yes. These are standard terms used to refer to the same product types. Please note though the general reference to vertical gardens, green walls or living walls typically refers to more mixed foliage panels, whereas 'hedge' panels are typically a similar foliage.

Can I cut or resize your artificial green wall/plant panels?

Of course. You are able to alter the products to fit your needs. They can be cut with scissors to get the perfect size and shape for your space. You can also simply clip the panels together using the lugs and holes along the edges of each panel.

Do the plants come already attached to the panel?

Yes, as you see the green walls is how they come except with a panel like our stunning Snowy White, which comes with 5 loose plants to be placed exactly where you want them. All other foliage and stems come pre-attached and ready to hang whether it be a boxwood panel, ivy wall, or lush fern panel.

Can I install onto glass?

We regularly install onto lots of different surfaces, including glass. We'd usually use a specialist adhesive to bond a timber frame to the glass first. If you've got a tricky project, contact us today and our team of green wall experts will be able to advise on this. 

How can I clean my plant walls?

You can easily wash your plant panels down with water. If your area is very dusty or dirty we approve of adding a little hand-soap to the water to help.
